Rhydian joined Caledonia in 2025. Prior to this, he spent four years in audit at EY’s Wealth and Asset Management division, and was involved in conducting and managing the audits of global private equity and litigation finance funds. He supports portfolio monitoring and value-creation initiatives across the portfolio.
